At Woolly Made, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our premium leather goods and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your investment in quality, hand-finished accessories.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items securely in their original Woolly Made box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
